What is the FoodShare Tan Lan Club?
A community food sharing scheme based in Old Colwyn open to absolutely anyone local who wants to become a member.
How can I order?
After you register, you will be texted or emailed each week with a link to place an order.
Where can I collect?
Collection points located in Llandudno, Old Colwyn (Ebernezer Chapel), Old Colwyn (Tan Lan Community Centre - Home-Start Conwy), Llanddulas, Pensarn or Towyn.
What does it cost?
£1 Annual Membership Fee added to your first shop.
Subscription Rates start at £3 for food with the shop value up to £10.99.
What can I buy?
- Donated food items – purchased by those who support FoodShare;
- Food past its “best before” date, but still suitable for eating safely;
- Surplus food donated by local supermarkets – it may be damaged stock (dented tins or broken outer packages, for example), or it may be close to or past its “best before” date as above.
- Food items purchased by the FoodShare in bulk from discount warehouses or distributors.
